Teamleader users take the floor: one by one enterprises working more efficiently. Bloovi, from the picturesque Sint-Martens-Latem near Ghent, is an informative-connecting platform for the digital sector. On the one hand they're strong in news and knowledge, on the other hand they're experts with experience. The Bloovi-community counts more than 45.000 subscribers and attracts 100.000 visitors each month.
Founder Marnik D'Hoore took his time before taking the plunge together: "I already knew Jeroen was a great entrepreneur. When I heard he was developing a comprehensive system, he got my attention. Because our invoice and customer relations still worked separately, and other systems looked devious. But it was only 6 months after the demo that I bought the Teamleader package. You don't just take a drastic decision like that in no time. A tweet of a friendly company was eventually the decisive factor."
Transparency and timesaving
Things were going well for Bloovi and Teamleader: "Actually our 4 other firms run on Teamleader, but each on its own configuration. This way the invoicing runs separately, but we would like to have the sales part on 1 account on the long run." Although it's still early to measure the balance, Marnik thinks it's a serious progression: "Invoices get checked in automatically, thanks to the integration with our accounting package. Reminders and credit notes reach their right destinations, without interventions. That's just great!"
Furthermore, Teamleader shows total transparency: "Every client is linked to essential information, like earlier event participation, old invoices, etc. Even though it's perfectly possible to hide invoices for example. The integration of Google Apps for Business guarantees that our clients are up-to-date. Or that we can send them e-mails in complete freedom."
That's definitely a positive view. But do they have no comments at all? Bloovi's director thinks for a second: "At first, the support service sounded a bit shy, but quickly, the impression seemed unjustified. They knew pretty damn good what I wanted, without nonsense." And the best was yet to come: "I wanted to give a new colleague permission to Teamleader. Barely half an hour after my e-mail, they let me know that, to my surprise, the job was already done."
Today we have 10 people working with Teamleader. Theoretical reservations made room for practical ease of use. Including a new glimpse into the future, working 'in the cloud', for example. Because Bloovi is growing. Marnik is definitely enthusiastic: "Nowadays I feel like an ambassador for Teamleader, instead of just supporting it. All my respect goes to the team of... Teamleader!"
