Trends Top update

You could already retrieve financial and contact data through the Trends Top database in Teamleader through a VAT number. This financial information could only, however, be retrieved from the last available fiscal year. The data can now be supplemented because new data from the 2013 fiscal year has been made available through Trends. There are two options:

Whoever adds a new company (with a VAT number) can immediately purchase the data of both fiscal years for the same price (20 eurocents). Next, you will be able to switch between the data through the button with the year on it, as can be seen below.

Those who, however, had already purchased data can now click on the “2013” button. Trends Top does not make this data available for free and, therefore, you will receive a message to purchase the new data: also for €0.20 per company.

Managing reasons for refusal

Deals can be rejected because of different reasons. You can keep track of these reason in Teamleader so that you can easily distil statistics based on these reasons later. So that you can easily see how you can prepare to ensure your deals are accepted more often.

From now on, you can also manage these rejection reasons in the settings. For example, you can delete, edit names or switch the order. You can arrange them alphabetically to find the correct reason more quickly.

This can all be found through "Settings" under the "Deals" tab. In the "Preferences" box at the bottom, you will see "Manage deal loss reasons".
