Bulk actions on invoices: what’s new?
Managing invoices in Teamleader just got a whole lot easier. Bulk actions mean you can spend less time manually taking care of your invoices - and who wouldn’t love that?
Whether you need to book invoices as paid or send out your new invoices: you can get what you need, quickly. These actions can now be performed in bulk:
- Bulk book
- Bulk send
- Bulk mark as paid

Why this change?
Among our user base, we noticed many businesses tend to postpone invoicing tasks for one specific moment - the end of the week, the end of the month. That means invoices will continue to pile up until it’s… well, invoicing o’clock.
When that time comes, though, you obviously don’t want to sift through invoices one by one - manually clicking and processing each until you get to the end of the list. That would hog up hours of your time.
Through bulk actions, you’ll be able to process multiple invoices at once. Simply select the invoices you need on the left-hand side, and then choose whether you want to book, send or mark them as paid. Which will now take you minutes, instead of hours.
How much time will you save?
Of course, we couldn’t resist doing the test ourselves. Manually booking, sending and marking ten invoices as paid took us 11 minutes. With bulk actions, all this can be done in less than one minute. Basically: the more invoices you process each month, the more time you’ll save!
