Feature Friday: better follow-up of sales deals by linking related calls, tasks and meetings

Great news! From now on, it’s easier to link tasks, calls and meetings to deals. You can even link past tasks, calls and meetings. So no worries if you forgot to link them.

When creating or editing a task, call or meeting, you’ll now see an extra field called ‘Deal’. Here you can easily select the correct deal connected to the respective action. So why is this important?

Better deal follow-up

Imagine: you just finished a call or a meeting with one of your potential customers. Unfortunately, you forgot to link the call or meeting to the correct deal. Result: now it just looks as if you never did any follow-up on your lead and just left him or her get cold. While in reality, you got the job done.

So, instead of seeing a completely red activity bar in your deal overview, just link tasks, calls and meetings afterwards so you can focus only on those deals that require your attention.
